Strainstall successfully achieves ISO 9001:2015 and expects to achieve ISO 14001 and 45001 early in 2019.
Strainstall's continued commitment to quality has been recognised by the recertification of its quality management system (QMS) to the latest ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Strainstall's recent certification provides customers with full assurance that its management systems have been audited, assessed and approved. The standard ensures the provision of better quality products and services, more reliable production scheduling and delivery as well as improved reporting and communications.
Following a thorough audit carried out by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), Strainstall's QMS was found to be well-aligned to the globally-recognised standard, as supported by a high-level of leadership and commitment from Strainstall's senior management team.
The ISO 9001:2015 standard specifies the requirement for a quality management system that demonstrates its ability to consistently provide products and services that meets customer needs, and is applicable to statutory and regulatory requirements.
Strainstall's managing director, Simon Everett says:
"This recertification confirms that our QMS is consistently providing outstanding products and services that meet and exceed the demanding needs of our customers. Whilst working on the transition from the 2008 to 2015 standard we have taken the opportunity to prepare for ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 and expect to achieve certification for both in early 2019."
